We are proud of the summer programmes we offer, packed with fun, educational and life learning experiences for all of our young students. We offer our students so much more than just English lessons. At every centre our activity programme aims to make sure that our students have a great time during the summer and receive plenty of opportunity to practise their English.
Twin’s summer English courses and excursion programmes are available at all of our summer centres. They are designed to ensure that students are not only provided with an educational experience, learning English, but also have an amazing, memorable time in the UK or Ireland and are never missing something exciting to do. All students coming to our summer centres (except Dublin Central and Docklands, London) will be offered our Standard Programme. The Intensive Programme is offered at our Leamington Spa centre, allowing the chance to take an additional 6 hours of English per week. In our Docklands, London Centre, we offer a specialised walking tour programme: Discover London. Finally for slightly older students in Dublin we have our Young Adults programme.
All our programmes combine English classes with our activity programme.
Our activity programme includes local visits, excursions, sports and social activities. Students have the opportunity to improve their English, discover each area, have lots of fun, and experience typical British or Irish culture.

Standard Programme
Why choose this programme?

Our Standard programme is designed to keep students entertained inside and outside of the classroom, and is offered at:
We want to ensure that all students have a great experience with us! So, our activity programme is packed with fun things to do in the afternoons and evenings and we have half-day and full-day excursions to famous locations close to each centre.
We have a different activity programme in each of our Twin Summer Centres, allowing students to take advantage of what each area offers. The activity programme is designed to help students to experience typical British or Irish culture and make new friends.
During the day, students will be kept entertained with local visits, sports activities and scavenger hunts, to name a few. Programmes are designed so that students explore the sites in their chosen study location as well as other popular locations in the UK or Ireland. Students will go on one full-day excursion per week to key cities such as London, Oxford, Belfast and historical sites like Glendalough. They will have the chance to explore and visit famous attractions, making some unforgettable memories of amazing places.

Give your students the chance to improve their English even more this summer on our Intensive English Programme.
The Intensive English programme is available at:
This programme offers students six additional lessons per week of English tuition compared to our Standard Programme focusing on speaking and listening.
With Intensive English, students will see an improvement in their language ability. Students will also have the opportunity to prepare for the Trinity Exam, which can be arranged for an additional fee. Students enrolled onto this course can then take this exam while studying with Twin; once the Trinity Exam is passed, students will leave with proof of their hard work and language skills.

The Discover London programme, is available at:
The programme ensures that students get the most out of their stay in the capital. They will have the chance to see all of the best sights that London has to offer, have lots of fun and take home plenty of unforgettable memories. This packed programme is made up of alternate full days of classes and visits to London sights, museums, art galleries and shopping hotspots.
Students visiting London, Docklands will go on cultural, educational and entertaining visits to see famous attractions and see beautiful views of London’s most iconic sights. Twin activity leaders will take students on four full-day and two half-day walking tours (based on a two week stay) to top locations in the capital, and will share fascinating and entertaining knowledge about the famous sights and attractions.
During the tours students will get to see all of the iconic London sights, including the spectacular Buckingham Palace, the fascinating British Museum, the stunning Tower of London, and many more!
Students will also be able to visit some of the world’s most famous museums and galleries, will be able to interact with the interesting displays at the Science Museum and view interesting modern artwork at the Tate Modern.
This activity programme is perfect for those students visiting London, who are looking to explore all the best sights and attractions of London, have a lot of fun and make new friends.
