Twin's Eastbourne Summer Centre is set in an 18th century mansion, once home to Dukes and Duchesses and even a Prime Minister. It is located within walking distance (15 mins) to the town's centre, railway station, bus stops, the main shopping centre, restaurants and cinemas.
As well as our bright, comfortable classrooms, this school also provides students with a library and study centre, computer room, large dining hall, piano and indoor table tennis.
Students can also buy hot and cold drinks as well as snacks from the vending machines, and enjoy the 10-hectare garden with football pitches and tennis/basketball/badminton courts. Then share their experience with their friends using the free Wi-Fi available.
Accommodation
Shared Homestay
With our homestay hosts, students will have the opportunity to experience British family culture. With Britain being a diverse and multiethnic society, you may experience more than one culture in a single household. You will have the opportunity to try out the food served by that household and practice your English with the family. Each week bedding is changed, laundry wash is provided as well as cleaning.
Residential
Our Residential accommodation is located on the top floor of the school building, allowing students to make friends and sleep in the same building where Her Royal Highness, Queen Elizabeth II once stayed at. Most bedrooms have four or five beds, but we also have four very large bedrooms that have up to 12 beds. Students will also have access to shared bathroom facilities on a daily basis. Students can use coin operated washing machines and dryers, only under the supervision of group leaders. Laundry powder is included. Fresh linen will be provided, but please bring your own towel.
Students should remember to bring an adaptor (Europe to UK/Ireland) for all their electronic/charging needs.

We have an engaging programme of both daytime and evening activities with the aim of entertaining students outside of class time. There will also be one half-day excursion per week to various locations such as Hastings and Seven Sisters Country Park. These excursions enable students to explore a wider reach of the UK and experience British culture on a greater scale. We encourage students to practise their English by talking to the new friends they have made on the programme as well as staff and people they meet on their travels.
