Our summer centre traces its history back to 1751, in St Edmund's School. It is nestled in the historic city of Canterbury and offers an experience that combines both fun with British tradition and is just 55 minutes from London by train.

Located in the southeast of England, Canterbury is a charming city, home to the Archbishop of Canterbury and the city's famous cathedral, which is a masterpiece of gothic architecture.

Enjoy the Boarding School facilities of St Edmund's, including well-equipped classrooms, comfortable accommodation and large green areas. All part of a one secure campus site.

Our Canterbury Summer Centre is located close to the University to Kent which gives easy access to a nearby supermarket. Only a 15-minute walk into Canterbury with local buses available also.

Our English summer school offers a fantastic learning environment, modern facilities and well-equipped, spacious classrooms.


There are two separate areas of the school for boys and girls. Each will have their group leaders overseeing their boarding atmosphere. The range of room sizes, the children enjoy the communal aspects such as the common room, TV room and games rooms.
