The town of Windermere is located in Orange County, Florida, 14 miles south of Orlando, only a 40-45 minute drive from Orlando International Airport, and approximately 6 miles north of Walt Disney World.

Surrounded by sand bottom lakes, the town of Windermere has a population of just over 2000 people and works hard to maintain a small town feel.

The campus is home to a wealth of facilities to suit every need. Students can enjoy the onsite sports facilities which include an outdoor heated swimming pool, gymnasium, tennis courts, fields and courts for football, basketball and baseball, and an athletics track.

As well as this, students can also benefit from onsite drama facilities, IT suites, and dance studio. Windermere Preparatory School offers a homely and secure environment for students to spend their summer. Plus the impressive boys’ and girls’ student residences, which is located 10-15 minutes from the main campus, (the college providing transport from/to the residences for all classes and activities on the Twin programme). The residences vary but all have similar facilities: twin, triple or quad rooms, (some in bunk beds), large lounges and kitchens, laundry facilities, TV’s and Wii machines, and some with swimming pools.
